Paint Prep Specialist
Description
Eagle Aviation is currently seeking a full time Aircraft Paint Prep Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The primary duties of paint prep are:
Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by taping, chemically stripping, sanding, and treating the surfaces. Responsible for understanding, following, and promoting company policies and procedures. Maintaining paint supplies and equipment. Keeping a clean and safe work environment. Working with speed and care to achieve project goals. Position is greatly team oriented. May perform other duties as required by department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience preferred
- Knowledge of tools and equipment in the paint field
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, bend, stretch, and climb ladders
- Must be able to prepare surfaces and visually inspect.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.
- Must have valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
