Job Description

Eagle Aviation is seeking an MRO & Completions Sales Manager to drive the sales of maintenance, parts, and completions projects. This dynamic role involves managing customers from initial contact to project completion, encompassing both inbound inquiries and outbound business development efforts. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This position requires a proactive individual with strong aviation knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion for maintenance, parts, and completions services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and actively engage in outbound sales efforts to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout their projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and updates to customers.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline visibility.
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Eagle Aviation at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote services and expand the customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Eagle Aviation’s MRO and Completions divisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in aviation, MRO, or completions services.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, parts, and completions projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel about 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.

Compliance

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
