Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist those with questions.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
Administrative duties, including but not limited to, sorting mail, filing, etc.
Comply with all applicable bank policies and procedures and all regulations specific to the bank (Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, Privacy).
Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the bank.
Perform teller functions; such as, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashing checks, and issue cashier’s checks and money orders.
Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
