We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Resort Guides to join our team. As a Resort Guide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing engaging and informative interactions throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Greet, inform and assist guests with reservations both in person and online over the phone
- Must be tech savvy and can collect payments as well as navigate scheduling software
- Answer phone calls with exceptional customer service and willingness to help the customer
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate leadership by maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote resort offerings.
- Maintain knowledge of current events, activities, and promotions within the resort to provide accurate information to guests.
- Assist in the training of new guides as needed, sharing best practices for guest engagement and education.
- Maintain camp store and office
- Distribute children's life jackets
- Clean restrooms as directed
