Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for flexible and self-motivated Facilities staff to join the on-call team. This person will assist with facilities activities to ensure clean and safe environments for campus events. Someone with a servant heart and enjoys physical activity will thrive in this role. POSITION SUMMARY
Supports campus ministries and events by helping to keep the campus clean and welcoming to attenders. Completes event set-up and tear-down duties as assigned. Reports to the Facilities Manager.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with Facilities duties including set-up and tear-down for all campus events
- Maintains the cleanliness of the facility (i.e., vacuuming, trash, restrooms, general cleaning, etc.)
- Helps to maintain building furnishings, equipment, and operating systems
- Supports safety and security for the campus
- Distributes daily deliveries
- Clears walkways as needed
- Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Physical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment
- Able to walk and stand up to 90% of workday
- Lifting and loading up to 30 pounds
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Flexible work hours
WORK SCHEDULE
On-call as available.
