Memory Care Program Manager
Full-Time; 72-80 Hours/two week pay period
Monday-Friday, primarily weekday hours with the availability to support the needs of the program on other shifts as needed
*This position enjoys holidays and weekends off*
Memory Care Program Manager
What You’ll Do
- Plan, develop, and coordinate resident care needs, in collaboration with the nursing team
- Responsible for supervising resident care assistants, leading a team of healthcare professionals, including hiring, onboarding, and training staff, overseeing staff performance, promoting a positive culture consistent with our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Love
- Partners closely with our marketing department assisting residents and their families from admission assessment through discharge.
- Works within the guidelines of BLH Inc policies, WI CBRF regulations (DHS 83), and industry best practices.
What You’ll Need
- Top notch leadership skills with a healthcare background
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a health related field, or a bachelor's degree in a non-health related field with a minimum of 1 year experience with our resident population, preferred
- Experience in assisted living, dementia care, and end of life care beneficial
- Must be at least 21 years of age and exhibit the capacity to respond to the needs of the residents and manage the complexity of a CBRF
- Ability to learn and implement policy change as state and facility requirements change
- Must maintain current driver’s license with safe driving record
- Hourly, eligible for incentives and overtime pay.
- Based upon previous experience and qualifications.
