High Acuity Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
Part-Time: 24 hours per 2 week pay period
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
AM: 6:00am-10:00am, 7:00am-2:00pm, and 6:45am-3:15pm
PM: 5:00pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, and 3:00pm-11:15pm
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am

This type of apartment is designed to accommodate those whose needs are greater than care available in a traditional assisted living environment yet do not require skilled nursing care. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
- Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
- Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
- CBRF Certification, preferred
- Our starting wages are between $18.50 and $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
- Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
- We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
- We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.

- Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
- CBRF Certification(s)
