Primary Duties:
· Contacts customers on a routed frequency via the phone to identify account needs and opportunities
· Works with the account to identify current inventory levels and create an order based on previous history and upcoming needs
· Communicate and sell to the account new brands or products that have been targeted for promotional opportunities or distribution
· Identify POS or additional marketing needs and place a work order for these items
· Maintain a structured call process for each account
· Maintain a routed call frequency and sequence
· All other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
· Ability to work independently
· Self-motivated and results orientated
· Ability to multi-task
· Good verbal communication skills
· Detail orientated
· Knowledgeable about brands and pricing
· Proficiency with Microsoft suite and RAS and WMS software
Responsibilities:
· Sales results versus budget for accounts
· Distribution and promotional goals
· Maintaining routing and call frequency
· Add-ons and call-ins
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Attend all required meetings and training classes
· Complete assigned training
· 1-year previous sales experience
