We are currently looking for General Warehouse workers for multiple roles

Schedule & Compensation:

Day Shift:

Monday-Thursday

5am-4pm

Pay: $17.35-$19.35/hr/weekly pay

Night Shift:

Sunday-Thursday

5pm-4am

Pay: $17.85-$20.85 /hr/paid weekly

General warehouse duties occur within the assigned area of warehouse operations, but position supports all areas of the warehouse as needed.

We are hiring for a variety of roles including:

Full-case order selectors

Case pack pickers

Shipping/loaders

Some Essential Functions:

• Maintain order selection booklets & equipment checklist while performing daily functions.
• Continuous standing, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and pushing and pulling using hands and/or arms on a repetitive basis above and below the shoulder level.
• Lifting of merchandise up to 65 pounds on a continuous basis. Occasional team lifting of merchandise up to 85 lbs.
• Selects orders for stores by picking and moving merchandise from pick slot to motorized merchandise movement equipment. (RTC).
• Loads outgoing merchandise from conveyor and/or four-wheel truck into assigned trailer(s).
• Reports product/equipment damages and/or other issues to direct report(s).
• Requires mental flexibility to organize load truck according to order and truck specifications.
• Utilize voice activated headset to account for all store containers/products.
• Ability to successfully operate ratchet straps to prevent containers from moving during shipment.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of math concepts including counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

Other Requirements:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance in alignment with the company or specific attendance policy.
• Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards/procedures as set forth by the company, clients, and or regulatory authorities (OSHA).
• Must successfully complete any required company and/or client training prior to starting employment and fulfill any necessary training requirements while employed.
• Complete inspection of equipment before, during, and after use. In the event of any equipment deficiencies, immediately follow assigned procedures to ensure optimal job safety, safe equipment operation, and efficiency in meeting assigned aisles for the shift.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines on time is critical to business operations and company/client relationship.

• Must have ability to reliably commute to the job location on a daily basis
• Must be able to pass a background check.
