Job Summary:
We are seeking a trustworthy, dependable, hard-working person to join our team as an Lead Automotive Detailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for working solo or alongside our Detailer Associates, performing premium interior and exterior car detailing services all around Treasure Valley. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for cars and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to satisfy customers, with the ability to communicate verbally and over text with empathy and honesty.
Previous experience with auto detailing is a must.
Duties:
- Clean and detail vehicles, both inside and out, to a high standard
- Supervise Detail Associates
- Use specialized equipment, such as polishers and waxes, to achieve a showroom shine
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring they are satisfied with the work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck, and customer's driveway/garage
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high level of productivity
- Communicate with customers over the phone and in person, in a way to maintains our company's integrity and values
- Manage inventory and communicate needs to the Owners
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of car wash and detailing techniques and best practices
- Ability to get yourself to job sites from Boise to Caldwell, Kuna to Eagle
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have access to a truck or minivan to bring detail equipment from job to job.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, outdoors
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lead a team
- Trustworthiness to work solo and represent our company well
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
