Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible banquet servers to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding golf and social experiences.
Bartender Position:
Bartenders are part of a banquet team, responsible for servicing a variety of social engagements. This is a seasonal, part time, hourly position. We specialize in weddings, corporate meetings, and other social events, many of which have high guest volumes and a full and robust menu. If you have prior experience in a bartending setting, you would be the perfect fit!
Requirements and Qualifications:
Responsible for bar set up and tear down and service to our guests.
Bar service includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Open wine, prepare fruit, juices, and mix ingredients.
Responsible for checking ID to verify that guest/customer meet the legal drinking age.
Maintain awareness to avoid over serving of our guests.
Positive, outgoing, guest focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently, swiftly, as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain open communication with supervisors, co-workers, and event organizers.
Experience with catering practices is preferred.
TAM Certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be available to work on weekends.
Minimum 18 years of age, with reliable transportation.
