Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and Timber Ridge are Mid-Michigan’s premier championship golf courses, banquet, wedding, and conference facilities. We seek responsible event captains to join our team to provide our guests with outstanding golf and social experiences.
Event Captain Position:
Experienced and focused event captains are responsible for guiding our banquet staff to excellence. This is a seasonal, part time, hourly position. We specialize in weddings, corporate meetings, and other social events, many of which have high guest volumes and a full and robust menu. If you have prior experience in food service or banquet supervisory roles, you would be the perfect fit!
Requirements and Qualifications:
Leadership of a banquet team in a fast paced, event driven environment.
Excellent communication skills with staff, event organizers, and guests to ensure all details of each event are met in a successful fashion.
Ability to work efficiently, swiftly, professionally with your team.
Resourceful, customer focused, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Vast knowledge of banquet/catering practices is strongly preferred.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 21 years of age, with reliable transportation.
