Summary
Eagle Eye Networks seeks a NYC-based Director of Sales to lead and coach our Northeast US Channel-Sales team. This is a Player/Coach role, managing a territory and a team of Regional Sales Managers selling through security and IT resellers. Responsibilities include coaching, territory planning, pipeline reviews, and exceeding sales targets. The Director of Sales reports to the Global VP of Channel.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor RSMs, fostering their growth and development.
- Manage resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with other sales personnel to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
- Monitor regional plan execution through monthly reviews.
- Travel within the region to enhance Eagle Eye's presence and revenue.
- Achieve sales goals within personal territory and within region.
- Develop expertise in Eagle Eye's solutions.
- Manage sales forecasts, team sales metrics, and CRM proficiency and usage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional marketing initiatives.
- 10 years of Video/Security/Technology experience with 3 years in sales leadership
- Considerable experience working with and selling to/through resellers
- Experience selling and leading in a CRM environment
- Superior presentation skills presenting to large and small groups
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Availability to travel >50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
