Position Overview:
We are searching for an elite experienced full-time Customer Service Representative to work challenging assignments within our fast-paced office environment. We are looking for top producers. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, updating designated accounts, helping locate collateral, as well as communicating with our clients. An investigative mindset and an analytical brain will help you go far in this role. The responsibilities of this position are performed 100% in our offices - it does not require fieldwork or travel.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manage a daily queue of 500-600 accounts.
- Utilize various location databases and other tools when needed for the purpose of locating customers/collateral.
- Conduct all conversations in a clear and professional manner.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and guidelines.
- Communicate with client both verbally and via repossession software system until order is concluded.
- Contact customer to arrange for pick-up of collateral.
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Effective Time Management Skills
- Detail Oriented.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Proven ability and experience working without direct supervision.
- Positive attitude and a high aptitude for problem solving.
- Basic computer skills including internet and email, own/operate a smartphone.
- Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal.
