The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for implementing processes and programs that facilitate effective recruiting and retention of our most important asset: our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure that job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure that employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees, based on market research and pay surveys, and keep the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Ensure that the organization is fully compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure that all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and an employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure that strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement strategies to retain employees.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- At least 2 years of Human Resource experience is required.
- Must have a collaborative work style, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must understand the importance of timely recruitment strategies.
- Service-oriented with a collaborative approach, and exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
- Must possess excellent oral, written, presentation, and listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and able to operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
