Summary
As a Location Manager at Eagle Eye Secure Storage, you will oversee daily operations at our facility, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. This role is vital in upholding our values of dependability, honesty, and a growth mindset while fostering a positive environment for both customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective and current customers in person and on the phone to rent storage units, transfer, understand lease terms, fees, insurance and payment options.
- Effectively and efficiently documenting information pertaining to any and all interactions with tenants in our CMS software.
- Complete move-ins, lease agreements and review policy information with every tenant.
- Complete move-outs in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Ensure the appearance of the property and office is customer ready and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

- Be willing to work outside of the office when needed (sweeping units & shoveling snow)
Experience:
One year of customer service is required. You must show that you have the problem solving, positive attitude and dependability qualities that our business relies on. You must also prove to be coach-able and a quick learner.
Hours:
When called to work: 8 hours per day. Training schedule will be half days (9am-1pm) for 1 week. Typical schedule will be 4.5 days between M-F, and a rotating 10am-2pm shift on Saturday. On the weeks you don't work Saturday, you would work a normal 9am-5pm for M-F.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay between $16-20/hour depending on:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain information well
- How efficiently you train
We also offer monthly bonuses based on performance; as well as recognizing quality work with rewarding pay raises.
