- Deep understanding and experience with implementing Journeys and Campaigns within AJO
- AJO Offer and Offer Libraries including decisioning scope
- Develop personalized offers by defining content eligibility rules and constraints within the Centralized Offer Library.
- Utilize a decision engine to apply predefined rules and constraints leveraging realtime customer profiles to select and present the most appropriate offers to each individuals
- Develop and implement personalized content and offers by using Adobe DAM and AJO Offers Library.
- Experience with configuring offer capping arbitration across journeys and campaigns
- Understand AJO and Workfront APIs and ability to integrate AJO with external systems channels and DAM
- Location preferred in Arizona
