Required Technologies and Skills :
Job Summary :
LoanIQ Platform Expertise :
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the LoanIQ system, providing deep knowledge of its features, capabilities, and limitations. Offer guidance on best practices for system configuration, process automation, and reporting.
Business Process Support :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to LoanIQ functionalities. Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing business processes.
Implementation & Upgrades :
Lead or support LoanIQ system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful integration with other systems and minimal disruption to business operations. Provide input into project timelines, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated system issues and incidents, working with technical teams to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Configuration & Customization :
Oversee system configurations, including loan pricing, loan booking, collateral management, and payment processing. Ensure system is configured to align with regulatory requirements and internal business processes.
Training & Support :
Provide training to end users on LoanIQ functionalities, helping them understand how to leverage the platform for maximum productivity. Offer ongoing support and create documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure that LoanIQ is configured to comply with relevant financial regulations, such as IFRS, GAAP, and other local / national regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication :
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure all LoanIQ-related initiatives align with business goals and timelines. Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Data Management & Reporting :
Monitor and maintain data integrity within LoanIQ, ensuring that loan data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date. Provide ad-hoc and periodic reports to senior management, highlighting system performance, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
