Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HCM Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, HCM software, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience :
10 years] of project management experience, preferably in HCM implementations or HR technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar systems.
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Workforce Planning).
Certifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
