POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Regional Manager will support and oversee the operational activities of the Alabama region during an interim training period of approximately six months under the guidance of the Tennessee Regional Manager. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and experience to prepare for full promotion to the Alabama Regional Manager position. The Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for learning and executing operational strategies, financial oversight, personnel management, and compliance enforcement to ensure a seamless transition into leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in directing and managing operations of the Alabama region under the mentorship of the Tennessee Regional Manager, utilizing Company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate as a member of the Senior Management Team by supporting Company initiatives and providing input and feedback on Company goals and programs.
- Work closely with the Tennessee Regional Manager and Senior Leadership to develop strategic plans for Alabama’s operational success.
- Learn and assist in developing financial budgets, including P&L management, aging reports, and utilization reports, and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers to promote company services and growth.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels for the region, ensuring operational efficiency and workforce readiness.
- Assist in auditing completed job files to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the training and development of supervisory personnel and field staff within the Alabama region.
- Ensure all necessary licenses and certifications are maintained by Team Members within the area of responsibility.
- Promote and enforce Company safety policies and work procedures, with the authority to stop any unsafe act.
- Collaborate with the Tennessee Regional Manager to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and leadership continuity.
- Perform other related duties as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Management in a related field.
- Minimum Level II NICET certification in the desired field required (or the ability to obtain Level II within the first year of employment), NICET Level III preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to drive a vehicle and travel as required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment.
