Job Summary
The Service Technician ensures high-quality installations, maintenance, and service of electronic systems such as security, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, sound, intercom, voice / data, and nurse call systems. The role involves troubleshooting, programming, and repairing systems while fostering strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Program, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Complete service calls and installations on time and within budget.Maintain logs, manuals, and documentation for all work performed.Provide on-call support for after-hours service as assigned.Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are secure on-site or in vehicles.Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.Complete service projects on time and within budget.Maintain quality standards and resolve customer complaints.Exhibit strong time management, initiative, and teamwork.Qualifications
Education
Required : High School Diploma or GEDPreferred : Certifications.
