Position Overview : Cana Communications is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service and installation for electronic systems including security, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intercom, voice / data, and nurse call systems. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining these systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems.
- Complete installations and service requests on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure all required reporting is completed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, co-workers, and suppliers.
- Participate in on-call duties for after-hours service requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Manage equipment and materials, keeping work areas organized and secure.
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
