Production Assistant
Eagle Graphics in Kaukauna, WI is looking for a Production Assistant. For over 30 years, Eagle Graphics has been providing our customers with quality custom screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, company stores, signs, banners, vehicle graphics and business printing. Our customer base consists of national accounts, large corporate clients, small business, retail and schools.
We are seeking a full-time (part-time may also considered) Production Assistant to join our team. This position will be involved in all aspects of our screen print and embroidery production processes including folding garments, assisting machine operators with prepping jobs for production, cleanup, quality control, organizing jobs for packaging, and machine maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize product, screens, ink and threads for upcoming jobs
- Efficiently fold and organize screen printed and embroidered orders
- Unload printed materials from the screen printing press when needed
- Assist operators in setting up and clean up of machines
- Assist embroidery machine operators with job cleanup(cutting backing)
- Ensure accurate quality checks of decorated materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth production flow
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices to provide a safe working environment
- Additional as assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal directions, solve problems, work in a fast-paced team environment, and perform quality control
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
Pay rate of $15.00 - $17.00 will be based on experience
