What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRIME GUN INTELLIGENCE (CGI) SPECIALIST LEVEL I - DENVER (4623) position at Eagle Harbor LLC?
Eagle Harbor is an emerging specialty consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and management solutions. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Qualified candidates will be expected to :
- Conduct entries and perform image and correlation reviews on NIBIN equipment after receiving training from the ATF or another authorized trainer
- Enter traces into e-Trace
- Enter data into spreadsheets
- Enter data and updating charts and reports
- Enter evidence into Integrated Ballistic Information Systems (IBIS)
- Perform image and correlation reviews
- Produce basic analytical products
- Summarize information in writing
- Establish rapport with others to accomplish objectives
- Utilize NESS for daily entry of local RMS event info associated with ballistic evidence entered into NIBIN and results, and reporting success stories.
- Handle, operate, and test fire a variety of firearms and ammunition following all safety procedures are completed, and approved by the government official.
