Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraiser to lead and implement fundraising efforts for HSR Fund I. This is a commission-based role, offering an opportunity to earn 5% of the total amount raised while making a direct impact on healthcare real estate and services. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic capital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute strategic fundraising plans to attract individual and institutional investors.
- Identify, research, and engage potential donors, investors, and funding partners.
- Write compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding commitments.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential donors to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate fundraising events and initiatives that align with investment goals.
- Utilize donor databases and CRM tools to track and manage fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with Eagle Healthcare Services & HSR Fund I partners to align fundraising strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Prepare and present reports on fundraising performance and investor engagement.
- Engage in public relations & marketing efforts to raise awareness of HSR Fund I’s mission and impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investment sourcing, preferably within healthcare, real estate, or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong background in investor relations, grant writing, and donor engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to develop and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns.
- Existing network of investors, donors, or funding sources is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet financial goals.
- Experience in marketing, public relations, or event planning is a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, with 5% commission on all funds successfully raised. There is no salary cap, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
