Eagle Hill School is seeking professional, motivated, and energetic Registered Nurse to work Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This position allows the appropriate candidate the opportunity to directly make a difference in the lives of our 220 high school students.
Job Description:
- Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts “Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse”.
- Participates in the orientation and training of the teaching and residential staff.
- Preferably maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction
- Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program.
- Prepares medications for dispensing in advance of need. Dispenses medications according to doctors orders. Assures all required documentation is present.
- Evaluate each student presenting to the Infirmary for illness or injury in a timely manner. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
