Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Market insurance products through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients, ensuring clarity on coverage options and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist with benefits administration for clients who require additional support in understanding their options.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the sales administration system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
- A proactive approach to marketing and promoting insurance products within the community.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
