GENERAL PURPOSE
A team leader, also known as a group leader, manages a team of employees to achieve shared goals. They act as a mentor, coach, and facilitator, guiding and motivating team members to perform their best and provide regular updates to Eagle Labs, Inc. Management.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all SOPs related to production.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance.
- Change label and lot Number.
- Follow GMP guidelines.
- Fill out Labor Tracking and Efficiency Form daily.
- Fill out and check Logbooks.
- Quality Start-Up Checklist & Post-Line Clearance Checklist
- Pick & Stage
- Complete weight checks for 6 containers from the filler approximately every 30 minutes and after each stoppage.
- Make LPN for finishing good pallets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience - At least 6 months production
- Knowledge Internet software; Spreadsheet software (MS Excel), Word Processing software (MS Word) and Email software (Microsoft365).
- Basic Knowledge of CFR or NSF Standards preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. Highly organized, effective time management skills, leadership and teambuilding skills, familiar with various PC software, Google Docs experience preferred, strong writing and verbal communication skills with equally strong listening skills, English Literacy, Bilingual a plus but not necessary. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. Knowledge and understanding of Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) or NSF standards and the ability to put those standards to use in the workplace.
