Job Description:
You will spearhead processes that support revenue growth initiatives
and market expansion efforts within the contract manufacturing sector. Your key
responsibilities include developing processes and tools to support the sales strategies,
helping to nurture strategic partnerships, and optimizing sales operations for maximum
efficiency. You will drive the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
while ensuring alignment with the company & overarching objectives. Additionally, you
play a pivotal role in mentoring and empowering sales teams, representing the company
at industry events, and staying abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to
guide strategic decision-making. Overall, this role offers an exciting opportunity to assist
in shaping the company & growth trajectory and solidify its position as a leader in the
contract manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations: Planning, Optimizing, Reporting, Data, and Enablement to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Develop strong expertise in Batchmaster to help support the flow of projects within Eagle Labs.
- Sales KPI’s: Track key sales metrics and develop reporting tools.
- Business Development: Identify strategic growth opportunities and targets within the contract manufacturing sector.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement supportive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Sales Finance: Forecasting & Budgeting to optimize profitability and financial performance.
- Trade & Industry Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies for trade relations, association management, industry presence, and trade advertising and communication.
- Marketing Strategy and Optimization: Lead development of Eagle Labs marketing strategy and tactics including leading social media and website strategy.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Competitive Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, understanding strengths and weaknesses of others in this industry.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to help set sales targets and objectives aligned with overall business aspirations.
- Support and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets and customer segments within the contract manufacturing space.
- Develop analysis and support for pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics affecting the contract manufacturing landscape, providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events as required, including trade shows, and conferences, to build brand awareness and drive lead generation activities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop sales targets and account plan templates to effectively target and penetrate key customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of the contract manufacturing industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
