Key Responsibilities:
>Team Leadership:
- Supervise and manage a team of landscaping technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
>Project Management:
- Oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
>Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure high-quality standards.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain best practices for landscaping and horticulture.
>Operational Management:
- Manage scheduling and dispatch of landscaping crews.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery.
>Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate new business through referrals and networking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Landscaping Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
