Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lawn Care Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of lawn care and landscaping services to ensure properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The role requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, aeration, dethatching, and fertilization services.
- Landscaping: Mulch installation, tilling, shrub trimming, and general landscaping tasks.
- Tree Services: Pruning, trimming, and maintenance of trees.
- Sprinkler Services: Sprinkler system activation, maintenance, repair and blow out.
- Clean-Up Services: Seasonal cleanups, gutter cleaning, and junk removal.
- Special Projects: Providing tailored lawn care and landscape enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in lawn care and landscaping.
- Proficiency in operating lawn care tools and equipment.
- Has own equipments for all type of lawn care and landscaping services.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and soil management.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
