TITLE: CASINO MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR

The Casino Marketing Administrator provides a wide variety of clerical, supervisory, administrative, promotional, special events, social events, and Team Member support services to the Casino Marketing Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with player development, special events, and promotions to ensure proper execution, adherence to regulatory guidelines and the highest guest service standards.

• Direct Players Club operations in accordance with established company policies, budgets, procedures, and specifications.

• Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and addresses all guest and Team Member issues in a timely manner.

• Assist with operating a successful management of all activities related to guest development, casino services, promotions, and the maintenance of the casino guest base

• Maintain appropriate Team Member staffing by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating Team Members, as needed.

• Executes promotions, to include maintaining budgets, staffing, orders, Gaming Commission approvals, timely payments, and training.

• Communicates promotions in a timely fashion, ensuring production deadlines are met to ensure timely promotional/advertising support.

• Facilitate the flow of information by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all Legacy Rewards Team Members.

• Supervise the activities of Legacy Rewards Club Team Members

• Must attend and be certified in all applicable training.

• All other departmental duties as assigned.

• Assist with maintaining effective use of resources, scheduling, staff levels, attendance tracking, expense tracking, payments, and report analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age requirement is 21.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• One (1) year experience performing clerical and administrative work.

• Minimum of (3) three years supervisory experience with minimum two (2) years’ working in the Legacy Rewards Club, or in a casino player’s club.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license though the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:

• While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.

• Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.

• Ability to move easily and quickly through the slot and table games areas.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Noise level is moderate to loud on casino floor.

• Exposed to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights when on the casino floor.

• Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
