Job Summary
This position serves as a trusted partner and consultant to various ministry teams, focusing on human resources functions such as compensation, learning and development, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated solutions to complex ministry needs
- Coach leaders and provide guidance on strategic plans in workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and talent management
- Partner with HR team members to develop continuous improvement plans and drive people programs to achieve ministry objectives
- Provide support for Total Rewards and Talent Management strategies
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Proven ability to influence change and align people strategy with business goals
- Understanding of human resources functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Organization Design
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and guide decision-making
- Experience working with HRIS systems
