Job Overview

Duties
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities within designated areas and respond promptly to any suspicious behavior.
- Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential issues.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required during incidents or emergencies.
- Document incidents, observations, and activities in a clear and concise manner for reporting purposes.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate measures.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) is advantageous.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and loss prevention techniques.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions in emergency situations.
