Our Business Management Trainee must have an excitement for sales, innovation, and finding effective solutions to meet the needs of others. Our Business Management Trainee team is constantly working with and discovering new and exciting opportunities to increase our customer base while retaining our existing accounts for life.
We are also looking for our next Business Management Trainee to:
- Work directly with customers, presenting packages specific to their needs
- Maintain lasting relationships with each customer account throughout the sales process and after product delivery/installation
- Utilize negotiation skills and the ability to overturn objections when necessary
- Close sales effectively while answering all questions regarding products, delivery, etc.
- Collaborate with other Business Management Trainees to ensure team productivity goals are met consistently
- Keep and provide updated customer records for our Compliance and Quality Control team to ensure satisfaction

- Confidence to complete all assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets, with training
- Dedicated to the core values of providing the utmost customer experience, and ROI for clients
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
