Eagle Peak is looking to expand our Entry Level Marketing Assistant Coordinator department in order to support several new national clients. The Entry Level Marketing Assistant Coordinator role requires result-oriented individuals who can interact professionally with customers, clients, and team members on a day to day basis. Each Entry Level Assistant Coordinator will be assigned one specific client, however, has the opportunity to lead additional campaigns once qualified. When our customer account team shows growth is when our executive team delegates more leadership roles and assignments to those individuals.

Marketing Assistant Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on a day to day basis within assigned territories to help them attain a positive outcome of their selection through our client’s packages
- Coach and develop other customer account representative to obtain company and client goals
- Provide daily reporting of sales to our executive team members and track trends noticed within a given territory
- Promote team activities with fellow account representatives to create and add to our fun company culture
- Travel locally throughout the region to meet with potential new leads on a daily basis
- Experience in multiple areas of customer service, specifically client services is a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness and ability to be trained and learn from entry-level into a management position
- Great communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- An organized thought process and can complete tasks under pressure
- The ability to adhere to company standards and guidelines within the office and outside of the office when meeting with customers
