Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and demonstrate excellent customer service skills while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
• Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary.
• Educate clients on preventative measures and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new pest control technologies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to drive to various job sites efficiently.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to pest management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in pest control are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
