Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - DDA Behavior Support Services (Adult Services)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team Salus Health, Inc., specializing in Person-Centered Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DDA) Behavior Support Services for adults. The BCBA will play a crucial role in providing person-centered behavior analysis services, conducting assessments, and developing tailored behavior support plans to enhance the quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
1. Person-Centered Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive person-centered assessments focusing on individual strengths, preferences, and personal goals.
- Utilize person-centered planning principles to inform behavior assessments.
2. Individualized Behavior Support Plans:
- Develop person-centered behavior support plans that align with the unique needs and aspirations of each adult individual.
- Collaborate with the individual, their support network, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure plans reflect personal preferences.
3. Skill Development and Independence:
- Design interventions to promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
- Foster the acquisition of adaptive skills to enhance daily living and community participation.
4. Personnel Supervision and Training:
- Provide supervision and training to support staff, ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of behavior support plans.
- Conduct training sessions for caregivers, family members, and other stakeholders to promote a person-centered approach. Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
5. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Establish data collection systems that capture meaningful outcomes aligned with person-centered goals.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions, adjustments to interventions, and measure progress.
6. Collaboration and Advocacy:
- Collaborate with community resources, advocacy organizations, and service providers to enhance the overall support network for individuals. Collaborate with RBTs in the implementation of behavior support plans, ensuring fidelity to interventions and alignment with individualized goals.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- State licensure or certification as required.
- Proven experience working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
