ABOUT THE ROLE
Work Schedule & Location:
- Location: Poulsbo, WA
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
As a Customer Service Rep - CSR, your day is filled with engaging interactions! You start by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing them with the support they need. Scheduling appointments becomes second nature as you coordinate timely service for our clients. You also ensure that payments are processed accurately, making each transaction smooth and efficient. Your proactive approach helps build strong relationships with customers, leaving them satisfied and informed!
