Job description
Looking for a dynamic Leasing Specialist who is a responsible and welcoming presence for prospective residents, residents and visitors. Emphasis is placed on legendary customer service, and the ability to implement the marketing and leasing plan to achieve established goals. Our leasing consultants demonstrate the following:
- Observance of Fair Housing law, Company policies and Section 42 guidelines
- Impeccable customer service with all prospects, residents and guests
- Respond to prospect messaging the same business day
- Greet, tour and close prospects to achieve leasing goals
- Obtain file approval, and execute all move-in paperwork completely
- Drive lease renewals and complete annual recertifications
- Take direction to maintain Section 42 regulation Compliance
- Maintain resident files to ensure completeness
- Other duties as deemed necessary
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in residential leasing, or similar customer service field
- Be detailed and process orientated
- Ability to multi-task and be results focused
- Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel
- OneSite software experience preferred
- HUD and LIHTC experience
One day a week - 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., Four days a week - 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
