About the Role
As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting student learning, emotional development, and positive behavior.
You will conduct expert assessments to identify students’ needs and recommend services and strategies tailored to help them succeed.
Working closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and administrators, you will provide consultation, training, and support while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Your contributions will include psychological assessments, crisis intervention, behavioral consultations, and participation in multidisciplinary teams to guide educational decisions.
This position involves frequent collaboration, travel between school sites, and providing professional development to staff.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual who holds an Oregon Personnel Services License with a School Psychologist Endorsement and a Master’s degree in school or educational psychology.
You should be highly organized, communicative, and committed to maintaining strong professional relationships with students, families, and staff.
The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of special education, behavior management, and emotional development.
You should also be adept at handling confidential information, making independent decisions, and maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Position Title: School Psychologist
Placement: District Wide, location to be determined
Supervisor: Director of Teaching and Learning & Special Education
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $62,967 - $103,972. Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.
Includes an excellent benefits package, including 6% PERS retirement "employee contribution" paid by the District, and tuition reimbursement available
Position will begin August 2025, with screening to begin immediately.
