Job Summary
Eagle Rental Purchase is a locally owned and operated company that rents/leases and sells home furnishings, appliances, electronics, and computers. In an economy of tightening credit, Eagle provides its customers flexible non-credit options to supplying their home furnishing needs, whether they be temporary or permanent. Duties
- Provide superior customer service through the timely delivery and setup of product in the customers’ home.
- Ability to sell both in person and over the phone.
- Creating long term loyalty bonds with the customer by providing knowledgeable friendly service.
- Contacting and counseling the customer in regard to timely payments
- Assist with the general maintenance and appearance of the store by ensuring a safe and pleasing environment for both our customers and fellow associates.
- Work with individual customers to find equitable solutions to problems as they relate to their account.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Strong people skills with a background in customer service & sales preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and stock control techniques.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Must display a sense of urgency and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
