Route Supervisor Job Description
HBSCO LLC (HBS Trash) is looking for a self-motivated full-time Route Supervisor for our Kiowa, CO location. We are a local Colorado Owned trash company primarily servicing the Front Range. HBS provides solid waste & recycling collection of residential, commercial, and construction customers.
Responsibilities :
- Visit customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues
- Ensure all employees perform their daily duties in a safe and compliant manner
- Conduct investigations on all injuries and accidents ensuring company compliance
- Documents and maintains records required by federal and state standards
- Responsible for Hiring, Developing, Coaching, and Performance of all drivers and helpers under your supervision
- Ensure all employees are compliant with company policies and procedures on, attendance, substance abuse, theft, uniforms and company property
- Ensure all employees are working in a productive and cost-effective manner
