We are seeking a results-driven Forecasting and Logistics Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

Position Summary:
The Forecasting and Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and end-to-end logistics coordination. This individual will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain performance, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring that deliveries are timely and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Planning:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and market insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts to minimize excess or stockouts.
• Generate reporting and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and improve planning processes.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination:

• Manage and maintain the delivery dock time calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and avoiding conflicts or delays.
• Coordinate directly with suppliers and transportation partners to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Proactively address and resolve delivery issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee inbound logistics operations to ensure that products are received according to schedule and in good condition.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and Excel; (Encompass experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window

Compensation range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year (including base pay & commissions)

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
