Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Pro Sell Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will promote our extensive range of product from our Eagle Rock portfolio, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. Your territory would include Denver and Northern Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote our Eagle Rock products.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our Encompass system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telephone sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
