What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bistro Manager position at Eagle’s Nest Bistro @ Meadow Lake Golf Course?
The Eagle‘s Nest Bistro at the Meadow Lake Golf Course is seeking a new manager to join our team! (The Eagle’s Nest Bistro is a fast paced food and beverage concession stand with deck seating located just beneath the golf pro shop.)
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual who is eager to work throughout the 2025 golf season from approximately mid April-October. Previous food/bar serving or management experience preferred but not required as we are able to train.
Employee duties include bartending (limited bar), minor food preparation (mostly quick meals/to go food), and operating the beverage cart out on the course. The manager will also be responsible for ordering food and beverages, training and scheduling of bistro staff, and operating the POS system.
Job incentives include FREE golf, a free shift meal, and one free shift drink!
Salary is $4000 per month PLUS great tips!!! The manager will be required to work 40 hrs/week (including weekends).
