Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care to meet each resident's needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Follow Medicare, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed
- Provide therapy duties in all settings across the Erickson continuum of care
- Document services and billing completed accurately and in a timely manner
