This position is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our Members and their guests, with careful attention being paid to details and established rules of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily setups for food and beverage service.
- Follow established guidelines for side work, mis-en-place and service preparation.
- Greet, seat and serve Members and their guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain ability to carry both beverage and service trays.
- Knowledgeable with menu items and able to provide explanations when requested by Members.
- Efficiently plan orders into the POS system in accordance with established standards.
- Direct special menu or dietary requests to the Chef.
- Setup, service and break down service stations, tables, buffets and restaurant equipment.
- Knowledgeable with wine list offered and present wines ordered in a manner established by the Club.
- Stock and maintain bar inventory as directed.
- Order, prepare and clear bar beverages according to established services.
- Assist with new employee instruction.
- Provide lateral support to the locker room, snack bar and kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and outside terrace areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage service experience.
- Extensive guest satisfaction service experience required.
