Job Description
Eagle Springs Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Members and their guests, with careful attention being paid to details and established rules of service.
- Prepare, stock, refresh, and maintain daily setups for food and beverage service.
- Follow established guidelines for side work, mis-en-place and service preparation.
- Responsible for greeting, seating and servicing Members and their guest's requests for food services in a timely and efficient manner, paying attention to details.
- Maintain the ability to carry both beverage and service trays.
- Knowledgeable with menu items and the ability to provide 'on the spot' explanations when requested by Members.
- Efficiently plan orders into the POS system in accordance with established standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage service experience.
- Must have extensive guest satisfaction service experience.
- Must have an 'on the spot' problem solving attitude.
- Must have proficient knowledge of food service, coffee/espresso machines and bar equipment.
