We’re G.O. Transportation – a wholesale fuel distributor and the engine behind Eagle Stop convenience stores. We proudly deliver top-tier fuels from Conoco, Phillips 66, Sinclair, and Cenex across Missouri. We’re currently on the hunt for a Fuel Dispatcher who can juggle logistics like a pro, keep calm under pressure, and help us fuel up Missouri—one delivery at a time.

What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)

• Be the mastermind behind driver schedules and fuel delivery routes
• Make real-time decisions to keep deliveries rolling (think air traffic control…but for fuel)
• Keep tabs on where drivers and tankers are, and make sure they’re right where they need to be
• Chat with customers and drivers to solve problems and answer questions with a smile
• Track everything—deliveries, fuel usage, driver logs, all that good stuff
• Use phones, computers, and maybe even a little magic to keep communication flowing
• Jump in with other tasks when needed—teamwork makes the fuel work!

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of dispatching experience (bonus points if it’s with petroleum!)
• Know your way around Missouri roads
• Familiar with DOT rules and hazardous materials (you’re the rule-follower we need)
• Solid computer skills and love a good spreadsheet
• Great at multitasking, quick thinking, and staying cool under pressure
• Stellar communicator—whether you're on the phone, typing an email, or solving a customer issue
• Available for rotating weekends and holidays (hey, fuel never sleeps)
• Pay depends on experience
• Fuel hauling and or dispatch knowledge preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
